Enrollment in our courses constitutes a binding agreement to complete payment and participate according to course requirements. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate services if eligibility criteria are not met or if conduct violates our policies.

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your first session if you determine the course does not meet your needs. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions or provide 24-hour advance notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be counted toward your course total. Excessive missed sessions without notice may result in enrollment termination without refund.

Instructors are independent professionals contracted by frost-vector. While we carefully vet and train our instructors, we do not control their day-to-day activities. Communication between students and instructors should remain professional and related to educational objectives.
